How does the revenue share work?

Your venue receives a monthly revenue share based on net sales, paid via ACH.

Sales data is tracked digitally and reported transparently.

Is this legal in Florida?

Yes.

All NiteLuxe machines are 21+ ID-verified, cashless, and attorney-vetted for Florida compliance. Machines are locked, monitored remotely, and meet applicable regulatory standards.

Will this create liability for our venue?

No additional liability is placed on the venue.

NiteLuxe carries appropriate insurance coverage for equipment and operations.

Does our staff need to manage or monitor the machines?

No.

Your staff does nothing — no stocking, no cash handling, no troubleshooting.

NiteLuxe handles installation, inventory, maintenance, compliance, and service.

Where are machines typically placed?

Placement is strategic and discreet, commonly near:

Can we have more than one machine?

Yes.

High-volume or over-capacity venues often benefit from multiple machines to avoid sell-outs and maximize revenue. Placement recommendations are based on traffic flow and venue size.

How often are machines restocked?

As often as needed.

High-volume venues may require multiple restocks per week. Inventory levels are monitored remotely to ensure machines remain stocked and operational during peak hours.

What products are sold?

Product selection is curated for nightlife demographics and approved by the venue. Offerings typically include premium disposable vapes and nicotine pouches, but we can also stock with branded products a well.

How long is the agreement?

Agreements are typically year-to-year, allowing flexibility for both parties. There is no long-term lock-in.

How quickly can a machine be installed?

Most installations occur within 1–2 weeks, depending on logistics and venue scheduling.
